I share this piece with all that are seeking investments in MMJ start ups. This knowledge is new too me. It seems FDA has yet to define its rules on CBDs and food. Maybe that is why most of my MMJ stocks are being slow to breakout. I believe these stocks are hesitant to bring products to shelves because FDA has not made a definitive rule of law regulating the use of CBDs in food products. So, these penny stocks have laid their ideas out about future products. I believe once the FDA defines the allowable use of CBD in food products then we will see 10, 20, 50 baggers in these .000 stocks.
