I called the bottom twice now (precisely to the day) based on Short percentage chart (My prediction of 1/30 below current chart) - https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=146463406
Technically, I would say HMNY is possibly rebounding from exhaustive bottom with MACD rising with signal line and positive histogram. RSI has risen from below 30 and 5MA is about to go positive on decreasing volume - Bullish signal for me.

"= Chart = I superimposed Short percent chart with 1 month chart for better comparison.
As share price fell to 1/24/19, so did the short percent down to 22%. After Friday-Tuesday's pop of near $.015 (probably with epic Short Covering), Short percent peaked and dropped down to 22% again today. For me, this is bullish indication with shorts likely to cover again (Maybe tomorrow) so bought back on today's dip.
