Kersten was asked at the SHM about those scenarios. His response was that the CRO would notify him when the 298th event occurred but that they would have to verify the number and that might take some time. He also said something vague about consulting the lawyers before he notified shareholders. I'm not sure what that was about. He said that the statistical analysis could take six months.
