I emailed the "author" of the recent Zacks coverage about timing of results.

MY QUESTION:
You mention 2 "milestone" dates in your report: 1)Anticipated Completed 1H:19 and 2) Topline Readout 2H:19. Would we get a PR for #1 or just #2?

HIS RESPONSE:
i'm not sure if they will announce when the trial is over. some companies do this and others wait until they have data ready to provide

i had the impression from talking with management that it might take awhile to compile the data for presenting topline, so if this is the case, they might announce due to the long period between the end of the trial and when we can see how they did.
