The question does remain as to why Todd would hold onto his 2.5 million shares. Anybody with any sense would get out now with whatever he could get. Slops are you Dr. Otiko? Does IR really exist? The letter to shareholders was merely a ruse to sell more shares to unsuspecting gullible investors it seems to me. Does Dr. Otiko deserve to go to jail? Would a class action lawsuit do shareholders any good?

The product ideas were appealing. Perhaps a real business person could pick up the pieces really cheap. Vitastem, CBD ointment, and Prolayed could really be big sellers in my humble opinion. Fraud and corruption was unnecessary. In the interest of trust in the OTC marketplace justice should be pursued.
