"its all over, but the waiting", is a common cliche, for some impending future action... thus, we are waiting 21 days for an appeal from the EC, should there be one......history is replete with such events, such as Ceasar, waiting to cross the Rubicon, which if he failed, would end in defeat in .... his war with the Guals....General Omar Bradley, commander of allied ground forces in Europe, watching his soldiers being cut down on the beaches of Normandy, with M-G 42 machine guns, could only wait for the disastrous outcome....William the Conqueror, sailing across the english channel, to face an impending battle with Harold, for the rule of Britain....Napoleon, watching and waiting for the outcome to the Battle of Waterloo, oblivious to the fact that one of his generals betrayed him.... George Washington, fighting the Revolutionary war against Britain was betrayed by one of his staff officers, Benedict Arnold... the list goes on, and on...what should be a certain outcome, always seems to end a different way... so, whats the point....this signed document which ends the EC court case, should be a slam dunk in 21 days, and should end the BK cases forever....but will it?.. is there something else on the horizon that we don't see.. 10 years waiting is a long time, only to have to wait more... lives have been lived, lives have died... could there be any more insults to honest people who have been waiting for closure?... on a happy note, all of the above commanders who were awaiting their fate in battle, were all successful with the outcome.... except Napoleon . cheers ......buy, buy, buy.. not bye, bye, bye....Lodas
