AZ, what do you think the release process is going to be on the bankruptcy remote assets? Is it going to be something like the following?

1) PIERS paid off
2) remaining amount in LT gets distributed 75/25.
3) LT closes shop
4) bankruptcy remote returns to escrow markers via DTC?

What is your speculation on the process?
