Wowser! I just got into the uptown library at 11:20 to learn about this development. Namaste has done two pump and dump campaign in the past 12 months. Looks to me like an insider screwing other insiders.

The Nasdaq's third tier, the AMEX can be just as bad, and last but not least, the OTC, it seems, are financial venues that reward failure.
