Management will announce creditor approval if and when they receive notification. Justin (IHUB MGL board member) posted last month. connecting the usual term limit for seeking bank approval with our going EX-D. My hope has been that such approval will occur prior to the CC pending shortly.

These are definitely exciting times for us longs!
