We should stop mixing things up:

The audits are out of the CEO’s hands.

The audited 10k is out of the CEO’s hands.

The Quarterly’s have no need to be audited (or so we have been told countless times by many posters), and can therefore be released whenever the CEO wants to.

The CEO currently does not want to release:

Q4 2018
Q1 2019

Because his accounting team told him not to, and to heck the shareholders, because apparently there is no need for us to know the financial information of the company we are invested in. Yeah screw us right?

I’m sorry, but we should not defend the indefensible. That is bullshit.
