I believe they've indicated it"ll take a couple (2-3) to several (3-4 months), not years.

I really did not believe that it was taking going to take years; I was trying to be facetious. But thank you for your answer because I was thinking that it could take not years but as long as 6-8 months due to the unorthodox SAP that they may have to invent. I hope that the statisician they hired will be more than up to the task. I hope that you are right and that 4 months will be the maximum time we have to wait. At least I hope that it will not be longer than 6 months.
