I believe that truly great products fly off the shelf. NS hasn't been really clear about their marketing direction.
Aside from some high end establishments.
Once they are in full production they will
know what price breaks can be offered.
Volume is a great leveler. Quality in quantity will guide them...IMO.
Besides, they will have smaller graded
shrimp to sell that maybe can be marketed at a 16-20/lb pricing. IDK.
Very exciting prospect.
