Nice! An upstate location will be able to cover the majority of the Northeast locations within a half days drive. The cost of doing business will be a lot cheaper than say the New York City/New Jersey area. Huge!!!

Next step will be securing a seafood distributor for distribution through the NY/NJ corridor. Based upon supply needs I could envision a double production facility in the NY area.
Based upon current O/S and production numbers ever facility will add roughly .25 to the valuation of the stock. Once the harvest report is published then we should be able to drill down more accurately regarding costs and revenue. I do believe Peter gave a little clue within his picture the other day smile
