Typical craphole otc stocks with RS are usually to finance and dump hundreds of millions, if not billions of shares.

My DD on RS to uplist and acquire a profitable company has shown a lot of positives.

Reverse Split is a dirty word, and sure, nFusz(Verb Technology....that's gonna take some getting use to) has some cards yet to show, but, some splits end up being gamechanger long term if done properly.
