I think we can only assume the merger has not closed just yet.. if everything was done there would be no reason for not having a PR or 8-k..

But re-read the 8-k and there are some significant equity positions taken with Atwood looking to go into a management role.

I think the story is rather simple. Diabetes Relief is growing rapidly and needs public markets to leverage to accelerate expansion meanwhile SOAN needs a revenue producing entity, more experienced management to underpin financing that will move them into critical phase 3 trials..

IMO, the story is only at the beginning with huge upside forthcoming...
