As I recall, didn't daughter Whelan communicated with someone on this board, and thus, explicitly blame the govt shutdown for BIEL's failure to submit a 510(k) to the FDA? Do I have that right? Now, if I indeed have it correctly, you know what I'm thinking... ya, that's right. Yes, a followup inquiry for Ms Whelan should be in the queue. Thus, the question should be something as per the following... Ms. Whelan, now that the FDA is up and running, there will be a 510(k) submission to the FDA, immediately, right? Her answer should be very interesting. A little "soft-shoe" is about all we will get!
