Have to agree the environmental friendliness was seemed pretty lame. Something tells me it was a PR meant to push the stock as the timing was off and not necessary.

Where was Tru Shrimp going to move before they were delayed with obtaining environmental permits? Sounds like the could not get the necessary permits. SHMP/F$T's RAS system has zero liquid discharge.
LUVERNE, Minn. — Less than three months after a start-up aquaculture company reaffirmed its commitment to build its first shrimp-farming facility in Luverne, the company has temporarily pulled out of the southwestern Minnesota community to instead build across the state line, in Madison, S.D.
In addition to a local commitment, the state of Minnesota had invested nearly $2 million in public infrastructure improvements to support the project.

The city had been working with tru Shrimp for more than 18 months on the project, which included a rich incentive package. The company was getting a 67-acre site free of charge, a graduated five-year tax abatement and $3 million a year in incentives from the state. The state and city had also kicked in $2.6 million in infrastructure improvements.
