Thanks all for your clarifications: This does fit with what I mentioned previously; due to the passage of time the 10K for year end has to be filed before 2/15 for the SEC approval of the Public Offering to proceed. Not sure why a name change is involved or where that came from. Back to photographing rare endangered Central American monkeys. Maybe make it interactive later!!
