I wonder where

that 62k block @ .4 is coming from? There has not been a block of that size in a long time. An even bigger question would be.....who would have that many shares to sell and why at this point? They would clearly be selling at a loss so they sell when the company just starts to execute its growth strategy? Hmmmmm
