There’s an error in your calculation.

You’ve used the .8377 ratio twice (1000 shares and $1.70 PPS)

In the stated scenario the shareholder would end up owning 833 shares of Aleafia at $1.70 (current PPS) not $1.41.

The ratio should only be applied once.
