Hello Lucky Fellow, My review of the buy-out, Leads me to believe each share of Emblem will be converted to an Aleaf share. for each share of aleaf Today it is 1.70 U.S. Emblem share holders will receive .833% per share.
Aleaf= $1.70 U.S. x .833 = $1.41, if I own 1000 shares of Emblem I'll receive, 833 shares of Aleaf at $1.41 U.S. Good Day ..
