Not according to the MYDX 10-Ks. Unless MYDX is being accused of filing false information with the SEC.


There is sufficient evidence to that fact but because Sanzeri settles out of court, the public may never know, well at least the courts may never acknowledge that fact, isn’t that correct?


LOL, I thought the “demurmur” was denied and it was certain MYDX was going to get $29M in the filed complaint to the court.

The court’s website said Sanzeri did not have a defense attorney. If there was such a strong case against Sanzeri, why did MYDX settle a $29M lawsuit to someone who again, according to the court website, had no legal representation?
