Sorry for not giving you specific credit yesterday for getting me on the LIFO track.
As I mentioned in Post # 9703 with regards to my symmetry dilemma:
Hint: PC change needs to be basis LIFO $ out. I know someone made that comment recently but don't recall. But to whomever it was; Thanks! This got me going down this track.
So now I'm struggling with how to maintain proper running LIFO Cost to deduct from PC when a Sell takes place. I'm sure I can figure it out, but if there is anyone with a straightforward approach that can be used in Excel, I'd appreciate the guidance. Right now I'm considering some type of 10x10 grid setup.
