Complain all you like about PTOI's past, this remains a lottery ticket that will become an instant 20 bagger if and when a sale gets done and money changes hands.

PTOI renewing the solid waste permit (referenced yesterday), along with the volume spike and "no news" has me thinking something is cooking.
