New York legislation is aiming to require health insurance to recognize medical cannabis for patients. I believe New York is one of two states that allowed patients using opioids to treat ailments to switch to medical cannabis and they aim for legislation to make it permanent and hope other states follow suit.

ECOSmartPen has always been marketed as a device for medical use. No reason for me to believe that the company is doing everything posible to gain medical device designation and for high profile companies such as MedMen to work with MYDX would mean a great deal to investors who may be beginning to doubt MYDX presence in the future medical vape pen market.
