Rich made sure his friends (scumbag finance) were protected from the reverse split... only lowly common shareholders got split.... and are allowed to short the shares so they can not only sell the shares, but they can short the stock down to oblivion, then offer up their shares to cover when it goes back in the tank...

Rich must hate common shareholders... sheesh...
