"B", the following is an earlier post of mine, is it prescientt or not?

I quote me: "I wouldn't bet on BIEL submitting any 510s, immediately anyway, now that the FDA has opened its doors. I predict shareholders will experience a relatively protracted period without any information on submittal(s). But eventually, they will announce a slick, pitiful, excuse why they will not submit a 510(k), at this time. Well, that's my take! Now, let's just lean back and see if I'm some kind of "Crystal Gazer" of the highest order."
