How many investors know the difference between midstream and downstream without looking it up?

Many upstream (how many investors know what that means without looking it up) realize many E&P companies will contract the best sale of the product, and contract the best transportation? Everyone will take the best price and the lowest transportation cost. It is called margins.

This concept is way off base.
