The Auditors are about to be buried with Tax Season work soon. If we don't see the Audit finished by mid February, I suspect we will be put on the back burner again while the auditors do taxes for bigger clients. Meaning if we don't see audit soon, I don't expect to see it until next summer.

It is time Roger grows some and gets something done. If he misses the February 14 deadline for another quarters financials, this stock could fall below .05. I hope he understands how bad this really is.

I have been invested here for 23 months and the PPS keeps getting closer to my .04 average cost.

Time for Roger to get off his butt and demand some action.
