WoW!. ItsMyOption, Thanks very much for posting this very Enlightening post of the Letter BOPFan has sent to the UST & Chad Smith... It shows her Legal Acumen & command over the whole POR and various machinations that the SN Hedge Funds can indulge in. Knowing what transpired in this Saga leading to POR6 & POR 7, I will put nothing beyond them.

BOPFan is doing such a Yoeman service and protecting the interests of all of us Legacy Retail in this Endeavor. I & all REtail are ever-indebted to her for putting so much effort to protect our interests in this very skillful way, using her Legal skills.
