Power.....I'm afraid that I'm not the patent expert. Someone has been that expert on the board but, I'll need some 2-73 to remember who. The USPTO will have instructions for submitting a patent applications and when I have time I'll research. What is obvious is the process for this particular patent started over two years ago so is in a mature stage. It's also for many applications so, it may take longer to approve.
