The uplist won’t be a “bomb” out of no where. There are a number of things that have to happen before it can happen. For example, if he can’t get the S-1 to go effective before February 15 then it will be April before he can make it happen since the existing fins in the S-1/A will be stale.

And February 15 is now a challenge because he still doesn’t have the S-1/A with the pricing information.
