You're wrong. They chose a great team here as well. The geologist was a 40 year experienced geologist(Roger Scamell). The guys in charge portrayed this picture so perfect. Even had the shareholders hold dore bars at the annual shareholder meetings at the Mill.
Problem was the CEO was in cahoots with the MM....it was a well planned stock scheme.

SEC said they don't have the manpower for something small like this to be investigated.
