I just picked up 3 months of Vascepa. My insurance is Humana and presently Vascepa is a tier 4 drug. Its the only drug I take. Bit of a rip off but I chose to pay the $300 co-pay ($100/month). No prior auth required despite my trigs are hanging around 120 which is well below the 500 level.
