I'm just as confused as you and hope that some answer your question. Even though certain ones are giving their viewpoints based on their DD I don't think no one can firmly say for sure as a fact that this is where the money is and this is how we will receive it. I don't think anyone knows for sure and for me it's heartbreaking to read all this and there is no guarantee of any money coming to us thru LT or any other organization.
