I wonder why the BCSC has not made a major announcement about their court date in Chile. I wonder if they are trying to hide it from the public. It is really interesting though that the lawyers for ABX were defending the BCSC position. Does that seem at all strange or are they partners in crime. I think partners in crime and possibly soon to be jailed partners.

Court accepts JT's correction
At Folio 288, accepted as complied as ordered and rectified the lawsuit in the terms ordered at Folio 176 and following and guided with this date the term to answer the lawsuit in the form indicated in Article 310 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

At Folio 290, it is inadmissible, and it is the merit of the foregoing.

At Folio 314, this is resolved above.

The Court accepted the lawsuit as corrected and the defendants have six days (according to Article 311 of the CPC) to submit their contestations.

Nothing was mentioned about the acquittal of position that JT requested.
