ACRL board of directors have decided not to raise the money for an audit.

Without an audit ACRL are stuck on the Pink Sheets and their Cease Trade Order in Canada cannot be rescinded without the audit.

Without the audit ACRL cannot migrate upwards to the Bulletin Board or Nasdaq.
