I called my broker the day this BS went down. My broker verified I got filled for a partial order of 100 shares than CDEL jumped on the bid and stole the rest of the lot filling themselves and leaving the rest of my order open...

While on the phone with My broker, my broker got on the bid and ask and CDEL starting blowing up the L2 crying 100, 200, and 300. CDEL kept trying to push my broker off the bid and ask tying to lock and box the stock in and push my broker off. CDEL was gaping the bid down while raising the ask up. My broker saw it 1st hand and thanked me for allowing them to see what was going on.
