That is actually in the white paper if I remember correctly

They also stated that no matter what scale they built a battery to, it was very economical.

If that is all true then why put out a supposedly inferior battery up for manufacture instead of the core technology?

Something is holding it up.

This whole delay with the stock restructuring is also not kosher.

I suspect they are out of cash, have no funding prospects and are hitting the desperate stage.
