The Company Building Event is the next 10K in the first week of February. Because that will be our 4th 10K filed and that removes the normal requirement for an OTC company that wants up list on NASDAQ to trade 30+ of of the previous 60 trading days at or above the minimum uplist price.

This is why the uplist is a done deal. We do not have to fight the market makers for that time while still on the OTC. That qualification is the one that kills almost all OTC uplists. We go straight there as soon as we want!!!
