I apologize if I don't get this right but I believe that was the initial change from MLON to PYCT that was suppose to have been filed earlier in the year. They have to first get that accomplished, which they have, before they can take the next step of changing the transfer agent. Have to clear up previous managements stumbling buffonary before proceding further.
