I’ve got several calls ( me and family members) reminding us to vote before the deadline . They’ve been persistent because I haven’t been picking up the phone. This is highly unusual considering it’s just routine election of directors and I don’t think I got one call for increase in authorized shares. My gut tells me there is something going on.
