8-K about SEC investigation is here, after which the stock tanked:

Interesting to note, is that the 8-K was released on July 11, 2018, but states that they were aware of the SEC investigation from at least June 21, 2018.

The SEC requires that 8-K reports need to be filed within four business days after occurrence of the event.

But of course, this would not give Carillo enough time to dump off his shares, which he did on July 3, 2018 with MNPI:

Honestly, this seems like a pretty clear cut case of insider trading, but I guess the jury will have to decide.
