I don't believe nwbo has ever said there is a Cofer Black investigation. That is an oft-repeated ihub fantasy.

Here is the original PR about the "Special Committee":

That PR is dated 12/8/2015, which is before Cofer Black joined the nwbo Board of Directors. I am not aware of them even adding him to that committee, or disclosing his involvement in any investigation.
