You bring up some valid points. A potential partner could review the results and state they are extremely interested but would like to see a full 26 tank production run before making a commitment. I have absolutely thought about this. On the other hand however, 24 weeks was never a make or break firm number that had to be achieved to be profitable. From what I know it was simply an estimate used when they projected 50% survival.
