Hmmmm look at Bristol is WITHDRAWING its combo application, a major setback; only to follow by Merck in the near future, imo. Like our Longfellow found out these ICIs are not so great at all. No wonder LP is not giving the green signal to combo trials yet with ICIs. She is smart because she might think these Merck and Bristol might piggyback on DcVax's strength gaining success but if fails due to hyperprogression, then these ICIs will sink taking DcVax with them too, imo. That's where could be the pitfall that LP is cautious about, imo. Frankly speaking I am not comfortable with these ICIs. Hyperprogression is very viloent and very painful suffering, imo.
