Honestly their unwillingness to simply state whether there are available assets outside of the bankruptcy, ie Safe Harbor assets, or not is infuriating. I'm sure everyone here will be on board with "flooding" their email boxes until we receive a response, whether positive or negative.

25.2 Cancellation of Common Equity Interests:.., on the Effective Date, ALL Common Equity Interests shall be deemed extinguished and the certificates and ALL other documents shall be deemed cancelled.
