Out of a burning curiosity I briefly examined the last 10Q for the period ending 9/30. The management took in about 20 grand for the three months and spent over a million. The shares increased year over year by about 20 million.

Ugliness and failure.

The Nasdaq's third tier, the AMEX can be just as bad, and last but not least, the OTC, it seems, are financial venues that reward failure.
