I suggest you look at the actual breakdown of who exactly released that was posted by Dm, I believe. The Prefs were majority owned and released by institutions and the majority of Commons that made up that 30% who did not release were ""insiders"" who either rejected the plan or abandoned their shares. The Common share fairytale being told is going to result in a lot of disappointment here. If we receive scraps I've been prepared for that eventuality for years.

25.2 Cancellation of Common Equity Interests:.., on the Effective Date, ALL Common Equity Interests shall be deemed extinguished and the certificates and ALL other documents shall be deemed cancelled.
