I am looking at the daily chart and if we can close atleast at or above .0405 that would send a positive message. A greater close would be much better of course. On the weekly chart we have crossed above the 50 moving average, now we just need to close the week above it, this will really get more people to notice. This first push trying to get above the .05 mark might be the toughest because we have a lot of previous history and volume at these levels. Once we get passed these levels we should hit the dimes much easier.
